TAPAS TOUR PDX BASQUE DINNER JUNE 17TH

Join us on Saturday June 17th, 2017 at Urdaneta for a truly special evening, as Chef Javier Canteras takes us on a culinary tour of his roots in the Basque country of northern Spain. Urdaneta brings the flavors of the Basque region to Portland, OR, in celebration with Tapas Tour PDX and National Tapas Day. For this dinner, Chef Javier and team will be presenting 4 courses featuring Spain's famous pintxos, along with traditional and modern Basque dishes. Each dish will be paired with regional wines and ciders from the Basque country. 

LA RUTA PDX

La Ruta PDX: A Gastronomic Festival is an industry and trade focused event series celebrating the culinary culture of Spain in in one of the most innovative cities in the United States, Portland Oregon from the 13th to the 16th of July 2017.

Urdaneta will join forces with Chef Mikel de Luis of Bilbao, Spain in a collaborative dinner on Friday July 14th, 2017! Events throughout the festival will showcase Spanish products, purveyors, and specialty equipment to encourage collaboration and mutual enrichment between the two gastronomic cultures in this premiere edition of La Ruta PDX. PORTLAND FOOD ADVENTURES DINNER AUGUST 9TH, 2017

We are pleased to announce our dinner with Portland Food Adventures! Urdaneta will be serving a 6 course Basque dinner with paired wines on August 9th. As with all PFA events, each guest will leave with gift certificates of Chef Javier Canteras' favorite places to dine in Portland. Click the link above for ticket info.
