Join us on Saturday June 17th, 2017 at Urdaneta for a truly special evening, as Chef Javier Canteras takes us on a culinary tour of his roots in the Basque country of northern Spain. Urdaneta brings the flavors of the Basque region to Portland, OR, in celebration with Tapas Tour PDX and National Tapas Day. For this dinner, Chef Javier and team will be presenting 4 courses featuring Spain's famous pintxos, along with traditional and modern Basque dishes. Each dish will be paired with regional wines and ciders from the Basque country.
